Robert (Bob) E. Pointon has been the Marketing Director for CAM Consulting Group LLC (formerly CAM Consulting Services) since 1996. Prior to his arrival, he acquired a considerable level of diverse experience while working in engineering, sales, and marketing. This unique background has proven to be an asset to developing the firm's extensive base of clients.

He continually strives to build relationships with clientele in the business and industry, technology, judicial and legal, government, education, and military sectors. To increase market share and expand CAM's already considerable range of capabilities, he has developed the firm's first strategic consortium, named “The Alliance.” Bob believes that developing strong alliances, embracing innovation, and utilizing technology, are key to the continued success and growth of the firm.

His career started in consulting engineering, where he worked on large national and international projects before joining the public sector to become a liaison engineer. While there, he took on a wide range of state construction, highway, and waterfront projects. Then, he changed careers to form several business partnerships while also working in sales and marketing for Prudential, Pericom Emulation Software, and Mid-Atlantic Regional Services.

Bob is also a US Army veteran who served in Korea and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is committed to continuous learning and has attended numerous communication, presentation, sales, and marketing courses.

When not working, Bob and his wife, Edee, enjoy fine dining, movies, theatre, sporting events, and traveling with friends and family.
