CYNTHIA M. WOODS

Cynthia (Cindy) Woods is a trainer and personal coach who joined CAM Consulting Group LLC in 2006. She has coached members of the medical, legal, social services, and actuarial professions. Her focus is helping individuals develop the communication skills necessary for success in social and business settings.

Cindy has over twenty years experience in training and development. She began her career as an executive writing coach and trainer. She then expanded her expertise to include interpersonal skills, management, and leadership development. Cindy is certified in all Forum learning products, Eagles Flight, Achieve Global, Myers-Briggs, and Day-Timer. She excels at program delivery, emphasizing the relationship between learning and the business of work.

Cindy is an adjunct professor at the Community College of Philadelphia and a consultant to the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. Previously, she worked for Comcast Corporation and Forum Corporation, a leading training and development firm.

Currently, she is writing a book, The Untold Story, which outlines techniques for re-writing situations to allow positive endings become reality in the present.

Her education includes an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts degree in English from Temple University.

Cindy spends family time with her husband, daughter, son, and dogs, “Sable” and “Roonie.” You will find her most comfortable reading, writing, or enjoying the outdoors (especially in her kayak).
