DIANE A. ALLEN
CONSULTANT/BUSINESS COACH

Diane Allen has been an internal organizational coach for over twenty years. In her role as Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Diane coached senior executives in change management, business strategy, and leadership issues. Since July 2001, she has been providing executive coaching through CAM Consulting Group LLC. She provides coaching services to business leaders in the defense industry, legal community, the US Department of Education, and various other organizations. Diane is also a Leadership Coach for Coaching.com, a division of the Ken Blanchard Companies.

Her coaching expertise ensures that new knowledge and skills obtained through training are transferred into specific goals and action plans. She motivates her clients creatively to unleash their potential and make the entire package of organizational and personal change a fulfilling experience.

Diane's organizational development expertise includes customized turnkey 360
0 feedback programs, team building, and change management programs. She has written various articles on leadership and is co-author of the book, Living an Extraordinary Life.

She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Hibbert Group. Past memberships include the Business Advisory Boards of Rosemont College and Holy Family University. Diane is on the faculty of Rosemont College and Burlington County College. In addition, she is an arbitrator for Ford Motor Company's Dispute Resolution Board. She is certified in the Campbell Leadership Survey, Campbell Organizational Survey, DISC Personality Style Instrument, and Predictive Index.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College in Portland, Maine; a Master of Science in Training and Organization Development from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA; and her coach certification training through Comprehensive Coaching U.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the International Coach Federation, Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, American Society for Training and Development, and Society for Human Resources Management, where she served as Chair of the Diversity Committee for the Princeton, NJ chapter.

Diane spends her free time with family, friends, and her cat, “Nipper.” She enjoys cooking, traveling, music, and reading. Her continuing quest for learning has her currently taking piano and golf lessons.
